Wondering If Vibration Is The Root of Creativity

“What is the root of your creative ideas?”, a voice asked one night while I was laying down. “Is it angle? Is it shape? Is it color? Is it size? Is it vibration?”

It made me think about the word “vibration” in a way I never have before.

I started thinking about visual waveforms of sound on an audio editing program. I came to the idea that one sound is creating an up and down movement, and it made me think about problem solving in the form of vibration.

Think of the first high point of the wave of vibration as your first hope. Think of the first low point in the wave, not separated by much space, marked by you imagining your worst opponent’s ideas of bringing your first hope down. The second high point, is represented by you learning what your opponent wants so you can prevent it and make your first hope come true later down the wave of vibration. The pattern continues, and a lot of people have probably prepared this way before making major life decisions or business decisions. Though I’m not an audio engineer, I would think that all vibration has high points and low points, over and over again.

It would kind of be like having an imaginary conversation about your hopes with the person who doesn’t want you to achieve anything.

They’ll always try to one-up you, but you need to try to keep their degradation of you down, which is where it should be, and your hopes up, which is where they should be.

Please take care, as the weather is changing around the Earth.-Chris Milbourn

  1. Interesting. I have long been intrigued by the concept of resonance, a very important type of vibration. In sync or out of sync.
