
When I’m doing pushups, the chances of war decrease and current wars have greater ceasefire progress. For myself however, I do pushups to calm me down. The chances of conflict in my life and around the world are higher if I’m not doing pushups on a regular basis. Historically, the devil and satan impersonate me more while I’m getting pushups done on a regular basis, so they could tell lies about my pushups supporting war efforts, and lies that I’m preparing to fight. It has been nearly 3 years since I’ve been able to get pushups done every day. The world has suffered for it. I have suffered for it. I used to like using exercise bikes, too.

Additionally, if I’m able to get pushups and physical exercise done on a consistent basis again (which I plan on), there will probably be a period of about 2 weeks or more where newer testosterone will affect my mental health. After I let the angry thoughts out during physical exercise, things will calm down.
